How to claim your venue, step by step

- 3Open its listing and tap “Claim your listing” (you will find this link at the very bottom of the venue's details).
- 4If your venue isn't on the map yet, propose it from the contact form and we'll add it.

Claiming and managing your listing is completely free. And most importantly: claiming your listing does not change the security score. That score is editorial and community-driven, calculated using our own criteria, and is not for sale. As an owner you can keep your venue's information up to date, but never its safety level.
How we verify (safety first)
To protect the health of the celiac community, we check that you are the owner or manager of the venue before granting access, and we review sensitive changes — name, location and photos — before publishing them. To verify ownership we accept documents such as Modelo 036/037, an activity licence, or a recent bill in the business's name; the document is used only to verify you and is then deleted.

Does it affect the security score?
No. Claiming or managing your listing does not change the security score. It is editorial and community-driven, and it is not for sale.
How do I prove I'm the owner?
You upload a single document proving ownership (for example, Modelo 036/037, an activity or opening licence, or a recent utility bill in the business's name). We use it only to verify you and then delete it.
What can I edit?
Instantly: hours, phone, website, amenities and the description. With prior review: the name, location and photos, to protect the community's safety.
